How R you?

How are you doing?

Did you smile at a kid today?

How about the one in mirror?

Wait in a line today? Why?

Picked up a phone to say hi?

Or bring some goodies to home bound?

How are you today?

Choose to believe.

We are stronger than this.

Work from home if you can.

Stay calm.

This too shall pass.

  1. Thanks for spreading this message. I didn’t know about this hotline. We have to help one another. You are making a difference!

    • Emily,

Thanks for your kind words. Yes, we do need to support one another. 🙂

Thanks. Volunteering with crisistextline has allowed me to learn more about being a better person. I realize the struggles people go through and their resilience. At home front, it made me aware of how well meaning may be we put undue pressure on our kids and the need to be better listener.

Looking forward to visit your blog soon

  2. In the opening lines, I like the pivot from smiling at others to smiling at ourselves. Keep hanging in there.

  3. Hi how are you, you u commented on my blog when I first started i am wondering how you are going.Your blog is really good you have good posts. Thanks Angus

    • Thanks for visiting and asking about how I am doing.

My apologies for not replying soon, as the pandemic raged, I was trying to hold on to my family, self and keep on going.

We are doing well and hoping that we will go back to visiting our families and friends in person again soon.

      Best wishes. Come again.
